Mourinho isn't an option wouldn't be doing his ego any good, so I voted for the next best proven manager on it.

Rafael Benitez, yes before you all lose the plot, he was an arrogant so and so when he managed Liverpool, but I think he would turn us around.

Lost the first 5 games, just went and told the board "I quit" after the 5th loss. Monchengladbach currently sitting in 4th.

Still though, it's a better CV than "Won the FA Cup once, finished mid-table for 5 seasons before finally getting relegated"
I like his record, and at least he got out early and didn't mess the club up and carry on as if nothing bad was happening like a certain someone...

Aitor Karanka wouldn't be a bad choice, done a hell of a good job turning Boro into promotion contenders the last couple of seasons

The shouts for Eddie Howe are baffling, Bournemouth are 16th.

They're doing very well with what they have (A very good League 1 side at best), and Howe has made them look like they'll stay up this season which they most likely will. Has made some cracking signings too with Afobe and Iturbe. Could you imagine him with bigger money and better players? I think he'd be great.

Yeah, Moyes was only capable of attracting absolute crap players like Arteta, Fellaini, Cahill, Yakubu, Lescott, Jagielka, Stones, Coleman , Pienaar and Mirallas.

Literally all of those were signed from clubs lower on the football totem poll than Everton. The only arguable exception being Pienaar from Dortmund, though he was out of favour there.

We signed Lukaku and Deulofeu from Barcelona and Chelsea at a time when both sides were dominant, at a time when both players had their whole careers ahead of them. As signings they are in a completely different league to anything Moyes pulled off. I don't know how anyone could argue against that.

He seems a nice guy and I like the way he makes his team play but he could well have some of the defensive weaknesses of Martinez plus some of his purchases appear questionable at best.

We have been there and done it with up and coming managers now. I want a top class manager who is a winner and not scared to show it. We have the finances to pay a top class one, so show the ambition and get one.

I like Eddie Howe, but i do not want him as our manager...
