Not like you need to search that hard to find out which managers are available. And surely interested applicants would be sounded out to see if interested first by the club through their agents?

Clubs arent allowed to tap up managers directly...

Wouldn't like Pellegrini. He has the same problems as Martinez and his transfer record is absolutely abysmal. He should be walking the league with the team he has and even a top 4 finish is in doubt now. We would certainly not be going places if we appointed him.

Well obviously, but in the case of Mourinho (out of work), Favre (out of work), Pelligrini (contract ending) and De Boer (publicly stating he was leaving) they wouldn't have to would they!
