The problem with the Mourinho shouts isn't so much that he wouldn't want to manage here, the big problem is wages - we simply can't afford to pay a manager £10-15m a year, even with Moshiri's money.

As much as I'd love him here, I just can't see us being able to afford him.

I don't understand the wage part. I don't think he'll be our manager but to say we couldn't afford him? Say we paid £15m. That's about £9M more than Martinez. I should think we'd make that up in merchandising alone in the first year.
