With our luck, we would give Jose 100 mil to spend. He would come in and spend next to nothing in the summer. We would fume. I got a little confused when the commentators today were saying "new manager gets £100m" to spend which yeh is a lot of money but after the TV deal won't most clubs in England have a ton more money and won't target price tags soar? Surely £100m will get us only 2-3 players this summer when we need a fair few more.

Cant see it being Koeman at all, just can't see him leaving Southampton now to come to Everton, from his point of view I can't see the attraction when he knows he can either stay at a side playing in Europe with a good academy, and see out that contact or could walk now into a side with less work to do. He would be good for us and our youth, but would we be good for him?
Not that i particularly want him, but I just don't see it being the best for everyone, if he sees out that year down there and LVG has his final year he will be ready for United and he knows it.
