I'd appoint Diego Simeone I would...it's really very simple.

Fly to Madrid and tell him he'd be honored to manage the Jewel in the Crown of English football.

Fly to Madrid and tell him to take a worse job in a country with a language he doesn’t speak.

After a host of dream managers we will never get, my choice first realistic choice is dyche. For god sake punching above our weight is what we need, he had made it a art form at butnley

Anyone but Silva at this point. He's testing my joy of the game, it's hard enough following a team that never challenges for any honours and generally rolls over for better sides but he's lost the plot.

He should have gone once we realised he had an actual tactic when behind of throwing as many forwards on as possible and hoping for the best. Amateur hour. The guys a complete dud.

How did we even end up with this crank of a Manager

Below are Paddy Power prices for Evertons next Manager, My God no

Moyes 5/4
Mark Hughes 6/1
Arteta 6/1
Benitez 7/1
Chris Wilder 14/1
Eddie Howe 10/1
Marcelino 16/1

Benitez or Arteta for me. All depends if the board are willing to take the risk on Arteta.

Now mourinho has gone to spurs I think it's slim pickings, to get out of the trouble we are in we need a manager who knows the league, I've seen too many managers from European leagues come in mid way through a season and it takes them 10 games to get up to speed, we don't have that time. I think Moyes to the end of the season is the best available option, keep us up and then get a new guy in with a full transfer window and preseason

Mourinho was never ever coming here, Spurs or no Spurs

Reckon the lack of decent available managers may mean Silva keeps his job for now. Moyes, for me, is a backward step. Hughes is a huge no. If we could get Poch, great, but cant see him coming here. Unless the board have someone ready to replace silva immediately, reckon he will remain in post. Reckon lessons were learned when we sacked koeman mid season, couldn't find anyone & ended up with Allardyce- total blight on our club's history.

The Cowley brothers for me. Forward-thinking. Have improved every club they've been at and build a good rapport with the players. Feel free to put me down.
