I cant see why they wouldn't. Bielsa definitley would.
Why anybody would want Bielsa is beyond me. Hasn't won anything since 2004 and have absolutely no experience in the Premier League. He's a accident waiting to happen. Lasted two days in Lazio and 13 matches in Lille. Furthermore he was fired in Marseille and Atletico Madrid. It seems that some are just throwing names around.

TBF this doesn't matter at all, Martinez, Koeman, Allardyche and Silva all had prem experience before coming here

Plays nice football.

I supported the installation of Martinez - who registered the most successful season in Everton's PL history before losing the plot by not getting shut of Moyes' ex-players.

Meanwhile :

I was VERY vocal in saying that Martinez, Koeman and Silva were all terrible, terrible managers and appointing them all would be a massive mistake.

In the grim situation we are in at the moment, having Premier League experience is vital if we're going to survive the drop if you ask me. Why take a chance on somebody nobody knows is going to cope with the demands of the PL. He left Lazio after two days when things didn't go his way.

Every single time since Moyes we’ve been looking for a new manager, it’s been so so obvious who we were gonna get from day #1. Boring
