Howe is a Joker

Wouldn't have himanywhere near us

Name 1 good signing he's ever mad in the prem?
Does he make the signings at Bournemouth? He has improved several of their players. My worry is he doesn't have a big enough personality and isn't a winner rather like the chap we have now.

Moyes isn't coming back, seems to have been dropped as an option hence why reports of Howe doing the rounds. Same reports saying Dunc only as contingency for Weds if we get hammered tomorrow, no mention of Unsy (U23s have game v Watford on Monday)
Unsy and Dunc will be carrying the can on Wednesday because they are both EFC heroes with medals and International caps tucked under their pillows at night.

Moyes is coming in after that. He will be in the stands at Chelsea ok?

1 medal each, 2 if you count the Community Shield, caps wise Ferguson has only 7 Scotland caps while Unsworth has only 1 England cap, from a pointless friendly a month after the 95 cup final, hardly the stuff of legends

They have more appearances, medals and caps than Alex Ferguson and Jose Mourinho which goes to prove that playing football and managing football are two different things.
Five of the England world cup winning team went into management and never won anything

Don't employ a young manager again, we tried several so-called young talent manager, but all failed to prove themselves, we need experienced manager to improve our team and pinpoint our weaknesses

Firstly, Howe wasn't sacked, he quit for personal reasons.

Secondly, Howe oversaw a huge squad change and a shift in playing style at Burnley. He took over an ageing squad that included the likes of Steven Fletcher, Graham Alexander, Clarke Carlisle, Steven Caldwell, Tyrone Mears, and Kevin Long and completely recycled the team, he brought in young players like Charlie Austin, Ben Mee, Kieran Trippier, Danny Ings, Sam Vokes, Junior Stanislas and Jason Shackell who would later form the core basis of Burnleys promotion team.

Thirdly, that side got promoted the season after he left. Finally, it was almost eight years ago and he was also only 34. The same latitude we grant to young players starting their careers to make mistakes, we should grant to managers too.

What he has achieved at Bournemouth since then is nothing short of a miracle. He's spent a fraction of what everyone else has spent and got them in a position where now they're considered a steady mid-table team. He’s working with Simon Francis and Steve Cook at CB ffs! Both of them have been with him since he brought Bournemouth up from League One into the Championship, and then from the Championship up to the Premier League.

Most importantly he’s got a unique ability to actually ‘coach’ players. He’s turned bog standard league one players into disciplined Premier League players down there.

To have them where they are, on the budget he’s had, for the size of the club (less than 15,000 seater stadium) is insane. Look at the quality of the players he’s signed for tiny fees (mostly from the lower leagues), the likes of Ake (£20m) Fraser (£400k) Josh King (£3m), Callum Wilson (£3m) Brooks (£11m) Cook (£6m) Ramsdale (£800k) Mepham (£12m) and Stacey (£4m). He's made a massive profit on players like Mousset, Ritchie and Mings. He's brought through youth and players from the lower leagues and has them in a clear system, playing attractive, pressing Football.

Brendan Rodgers was appointed Liverpool manager when he was 39. Eddie Howe is 41 and, mark my words, he will 100% get a chance at a top six club in the next few years. Excellent manager. The template for all young British managers.
I am not convinced and yet cant argue! Good post.

Very interesting.

Ive seen his training sessions, interviews and the tactical analysis on youtube

Results speak for themselves BUT the two issues i have with him...his defence is dodgy and he comes across as having no personality...
Has any Everton manager had a personality other than BFS and Koeman who had the personality of a pie, which is what they were made of.
