I could maybe cope with this
I think that would be a good combo, but fear the job could destroy the Everton hero status of them both.

Everton are the only club who can call players with 8 years service f'in heroesI think that would be a good combo, but fear the job could destroy the Everton hero status of them both.
Accepted Howe now.

One thing with Howe is it’s a bit unfair to judge him as a manager on the quality of his players.
Bournemouth aren’t anywhere close to a Premier League team, their stadium seats about 1000 people ffs.
But he’s done a really good job with them and on a budget. I’d blame the players more than the manager for what really boils down to them just not being good enough against some teams.
I think that maybe he’d do ok with Brands bringing in players but it definitely wouldn’t fill me or others with confidence. Also let’s be honest I doubt he leaves them at this point of the season, stinks of the Dyche rumours before Allerdici came in.
Think the fact that Silva hasn’t been sacked yet speaks volumes, think he sees out the season unless we’re comfortably in the bottom 3 in January, which seems likely unless there’s a big turnaround.
That sounds familiar, doesn’t it? Punching above the weight? New version of upgraded Moyes...all Everton can deserve...He's done a great job punching above his weight keeping a tiny club up for however many seasons now. I've no idea how that would translate into taking a mid-table club to the top.
You mean the players he signed? And spent a fair few quid on them in doing soOne thing with Howe is it’s a bit unfair to judge him as a manager on the quality of his players.
