I didn't know who Marcelino was a few weeks ago until another poster brought him up, Apparently plays 442 and guided Valencia back to back 4th place positions and won the Copa del Rey beating Barca 2-1.
I mean it's certainly better credentials than Koeman/Silva/Martinez would be a gamble but he's a free agent right now so...

the only other guy I can see as a possibly smart, mid-season would be Allegri, though why would he come here after being in control of Juve for the past 6 years and Milan for 4 before that. Loads of trophies, CL qualifications and the like. But I believe he said he didn't want to continue managing beyond 2022 so...

Thats my concern the longer we play with ourselves hoping the current loser sorts himself out the more likely free agents get snapped up - Rudi Garcia a perfect example.

We all know the script with our shyster board - we'll wait until their is no bugger left than Moyes/Howe.
