So I can form an opinion could you elaborate what specific qualities does he bring.
What formation does he prefer?
Is he high press or low block or another?
Does he use man marking or zonal or maybe a blend of the two?
Does he concentrate on a strong defence to build on or a fluid attack or another method?
What is his in-game management like is it aggressive and pro active or more considered and reactive?
How does he perform under pressure after a run of defeats and /or injuries ? Is he composed or is he liable to crumble?
What is his man management like? Arm around the shoulder or blowtorch?
Just a few questions about his attributes to be better able to ascertain his suitability to manage my club. If you could find the time to answer them and ,where possible, give examples and evidence (videos etc if available) which I can consult myself to be better able to form an opinion on his potential application.
Cheers

Mate I couldn’t even answer those questions about our current manager

I also noticed @MarcelsGoat putting this list up the other day.

Those figures include all payments, meaning Henrys figure includes his total payoff by Monaco + wages earned and any bonueses.

For Simeone the media say he earned a bit more than Griezmann (before he left) to make him the highest earner at the club so that seems about right. However as his deal elapses in 2022 then it seems more realistic to be 1/3 of that amount?

Who really knows...

As for Silva i thought he was on £3mil a season and Koeman was on £6mil...

Correct - how does the owner expect to progress when we are cost cutting on the most important aspect of the team in the manager?

Moshiri has had your pants down.

Factor in all the money that's gone to paying off Martinez, Koeman and Allardyce as well as Watford and Southampton and it's hardly fair to say the club aren't spending big sums on management.

Now spending efficiently, that's another story.

How? The lowest we finished under him was 8th in 2010. We finished 6th in his last year and 7th the 2 seasons prior.

Again, for me it's about an identity. The club doesn't have one right now and hasn't had one since Martinez.

We had an identity under Moyes and I think we could replicate that again. I suppose you're right in one respect, I'm suggesting Moyes because I don't think the club have the ambition or balls to appoint a 'proven winner'.

Moyes is a good solution. A cheap solution and one that I think could still lead to happier times. Ideally, we'd go out there and give Mourinho what he wants or tempt Van Gaal or Wenger to come in but we all know that it isn't going to happen.

We finished 17th in 2004 and 11th in 2006.

you utter melon

So many assistant managers that people thought would be good managers, Brian Kidd under Fergie, was expected to be a very good manager, never worked, Alan Irvine under Moyes. Only 2 examples and there are successes of course but it's a risk, more of a risk than getting a known entity.

Famalicao’s Sousa, I do wonder whether he was the driving brains behind Silva’s outfit and that now he’s gone, Marco hasn’t got much hope.

He said Moyes overstayed.

So if he got 4th in 2005 and subsequently finished 5th and 6th multiple times, before leaving 8 years later, at what point did he “overstay”?
