NFL 2023 season

I wonder what position he is planning to train for. Running back?

unless he's been watching NFL for years and already has a grasp of defensive schemes you'd think playing S or LB would be too much to learn on the job, so surely it's RB or TE with a simplified set of plays; sounds kinda like a bougie Taysom Hill.

He's not big enough. 6'3 maybe 200 to 210. He's lightning fast though so that's really his ticket. If he's fast enough at his size to be a problem on the outside he might hang around long enough to learn the sport. Otherwise he's gone quick.

A LOT of NFL players are fast though. RG3 was an elite college hurdler before his ACL injury. It's just different at that level.

Wouldn't rule out him trying out as a defensive back and special teams player, maybe a kick returner.

He played in the outside backs in Rugby so would be dropping deep in defence, and also having to field and return a lot of kicks. Plus wingers and the full back in rugby have to be good at making 1 v 1 tackles in the open field.

Again, I don't see the word immediately, I'm not sure why you are desperately pursuing this lost cause and pretending the article says something it doesn't.

I'll leave it there as you are clearly as mad as a window and this is boring now, for what its worth I'd love to see a big smile on Andy Reid's face at the super bowl.

Lol, bit late to the party there.

I wouldn't hate it tbf, but a team like the Lions, the Buccs, the Texans or this year's Packers would be such a great story. I hope the Lions do it personally, even though their defence is awful and they will be clobbered by the 49ers in the Conference game

Quite a lot of talking heads going with the Bills to beat KC on Sunday. You’d have to be insane to pick a side in this kind of a coin flip matchup so not sure if these ‘picks’ are mainly click bait.

If I was going to make any bet (and I am not) I’d go for unders.

It could literally go either way.

I wish Everton were plying this weekend so I could put the Bills-Chiefs game to the back of my mind until 11:30 on Sunday. Alas, I honestly can’t stop thinking about it.

I obviously want the Bills to win, but just being here with home field advantage seemed impossible after the Broncos game. I’m just sick to death of meeting the Chiefs at this time every year 🤣 (last year excluded).

I think it’ll be a low scoring scrap imho. No way will it be like the ‘22 divisional round.

A lot of demons for you guys to overcome here. Just need to make sure Allen doesn’t turn it over more than once as a starting point.

For us, we need to make sure it stays scrappy as we don’t have the weapons to run with you.

I was looking at the Chiefs playoff games and they have been involved in several close ones down the years including 13 seconds - all of which they’ve won apart from the Bengals game where they imploded a couple of years back.

I think this is going to be incredibly tight as well.
