Did any of you guys see any of the footage from KC training camp? Rees-Zammit looked REALLY slow compared to everyone around him.

Mad thing is that he's only gotta catch on as a practice squad body somewhere and he'll earn more in a year doing that than he would back in Wales (or England, or France) playing rugby. It's disgusting how poorly paid rugby players are!

Jacksonville makes a lot of sense for LRZ - better chance of progression for one, and also there's no income tax in Florida iirc.

reminder: no STATE income tax in Florida. Still, it makes a big difference.

My thoughts: Marketing for annual London game, possible useful depth on special teams - R-Z looks like he qualifies on those grounds for defensive special teams work. When we see how kickoff rule changes shake out over the season we'll know more. You have to have guys built to be effective on special teams.
