From what I have read, I think McCarthy sounds like someone I'd want on the team. No rookie QB is going to be anywhere close to the total package at this point, but I've heard the same things about JJ, and a bit of talent with a voracious desire to learn will pair well with O'Connell imo. Plus he'd be slinging it to Jefferson, how hard can it be?

I think any of the Rookie QB's would love to work with O'Connell and be throwing to JJ , Addison and Hockenson.

Ideal setup for someone to come into.
