I'm supposed to hate the Patriots, but there is something to be said for their continued excellence in an era of NFL when this should be impossible. Salary cap, injuries, no WRs to speak of, it doesn't matter. I marvel at them and what they've been able to accomplish. Their owner is such a loathesome human being, and yes they cut many corners in the past (some would call it cheating). But they truly are just better than everyone else. Belichick is just an unbelievable coach from an X's and O's perspective, and he somehow gets his teams every year to buy in.

Solely from the perspective of marvelling at excellence over and over again, I find myself kind of rooting for the Patriots more often than not. Gotta respect that lot

Easier to see a brand/logo on a hoodie than a suit. NFL is all about the corporate dollar.
