I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first taste of the USA. We didn't know it when we booked it (it was the week before my wife's son was married in Bristol, Tennessee) but the French Quarter Festival took place whilst we were there. Not only that, it turns out the Festival coordinator was a distant relative!

Yes. Google NFL schedule 2019. They figure out, based on divisional rotation and final placings, who each team has home and away as soon as the regular season ends. Just the actual dates have to be finalized, and they come out in April, I believe.

Whatever I pay I’ll know about £25 off a ticket . I won’t know until the prices come out . I reckon about £150 for 2 tickets that would be roughly £50 cheaper plus the booking fees
