Wow - we are seeing the two best QBs in the league - one near the end of his career, the other at the beginning of his.
If Mahomes really is as good as he looks, happy that he’s with the Chiefs. Good for them to have a guy like this on their roster.

Tbf the early timeouts were the right decision until they scored in 15 seconds themselves. The bigger problem is that defense doesn't stop anyone and having to score 40 to win is tough even with a cyborg at QB and the speed of Hill.
Broncs have had some golden years but Chiefs are a good club with good owners and a good fan base who’ve seen tough luck over the years, losing great talent early in their careers. I don’t think they’ve been truly good in my lifetime, except two kinda-good teams that didn’t win.
To dial up that play with 3:15 on the clock, handing the ball back to Brady with 3:03 is absolute suicide. You have to do so much better there.
Yeah, Andy lost the chess game even though he had two crowned checkers at his disposal. It wasn’t a time issue this time, but defensive scheme.

That defense is unspeakably bad. I understand they can score enough most the time but I don't think they'll be able to get away with that 3 or 4 times in January.
Agreed - Chiefs are a terrific organization, they seem to overall treat players well and are good members of their community - so I think they definitely deserve to do well and hopefully continue to build around Mahomes. My only regret is they're in the same division as the Broncos, so they'll be on top of the division for a while, leaving the Broncos to fight for wild card spots.
