It was a despicable ending. The worst officiating I have ever seen. The last calls in that gave handed the win to the Charges and the idiot Rivers, who tried to con the refs into giving them even MORE help.

Rivers can only dream that he is half the QB Mahomes is.

Disgusted with that.
 
That Interference call though. It was just SO wrong. He 'brushed' if that his NON catching arm so did not impede/interfere with the catch, that was, according to the rules un-catchable as the WR had no chance of coming down in bounds.

Just a horrible, horrible kopite-like ending to that game.

The refs were terrible in the entire game. One of the worst performances by a reffing crew the entire season so far.

Actually that's two games the refs have helped win the game for the Chargers. The game against the Steeler's also they were given generous calls or there were missed calls by that crew also

Are you a KC fan?

It was a weak call, and Mahomes is great... but Philip Rivers is a borderline Hall of Famer.

I agree. I was trying to be generous to his point of Rivers dreams he was half the QB Mahomes is.

Mahomes has been great, but if a Hall of Fame QB wishes he was half the QB of Mahomes. Mahomes would be unearthly.

So on a different note, you're a Rams fan... Are from LA? Were you a fan from St. Louis? Just curious. I'm pulling for the Rams to come out the NFC.

Ah ok get you.

Mahomes is a long way from the finished article in my opinion. Some of his decision making is naive and some of those "special" throws are pure luck. If it wasn't for every commentator and sports analyst acting like teenage girls around him instead of staying professional they would catch more of his mistakes.

Rivers stats this year have been immense. He will no doubt finish on his best season ever. 27 for 27 in a run of two games and even his passing tonight was pretty accurate.

This is from a guy who fecking hates the Chargers and who thinks Rivers should have moved on years ago which he probably would have done if it were not for the football team he has as a family.

I am Irish born and raised

One of the first NFL games i watched when i was 12 was the Rams when they were still LA based.

I just liked them i guess haha!! Can't really explain it. Then they had the move some mediocre seasons then a couple of fantastic seasons and i remained that way.

Best thing is i live in San Diego and they have moved back to LA so its a win win hahah!!!

That's awesome for you. I love LA, I was just out there earlier this year I was trying to get to the Thursday night game vs Minnesota. Always interesting to hear how people find their teams. I'm happy for you though, they were your team, they moved and moved back and ended up where you relocated. Crazy stuff.

LA is a terrible place. Just a sprawling wasteland of plastic.

No, Bears, but I like the Chiefs and I think Mahomes is great. I bracket Rivers with Brady, wonderful QB's (although only Brady is a successful winner), but despicable, deplorable, whining, kopite like aholes. Ive met Brady, and he is a pig of a man, wanted to punch his head off. Rivers is the same, just by looking at him, listening to him and watching him on TV.

It's why i live in San Diego haha!! Far nicer place...

It pains me having to drive to LA for a Rams game haha!! The two hour fight in traffic for a drive that should take half of that haha!!

Although when they move into the new stadium getting there will be slightly easier.

Just because Rivers hasn't won a Superbowl it does not mean he has been unsuccessful. His stats have him rank in the top 5 to top 8 every year he has been a QB with the exception of his rookie season and the following season.

He cannot win it by himself and thus the whole QB's are only elite if they win rings is nonsense. they have been close on a numerous of occasions only to be let down by kickers or stupid coaching.

Trent Dilfer won a Superbowl and he is average at best.
