Don’t worry. It struck me the other day that there will be Palace fans who have only seen them in the Premier League. They got it coming!lol
I think Packers have peaked in NFC N. Surely one of Bears/Vikings/ Lions will hold it together long enough to be the big dog in the Division? My tip would be Lions with a new QB.

Rodgers to follow in the footsteps of Favre and join the Vikings.

He can lead us to a NFC Championship game for us to lose again.

Been reading some Bucs forums and I will say they at least aren’t completely delusional about what is about to occur to them in their own back yard like Bills fans were for some reason.

They understand only too well that they are about to be taken out behind the woodshed.

Looking at the Bills forum today it’s clear they are completely crushed.

As I’ve said to all these teams like the Browns, Bills, Saints, 49ers, who think they have a shot at beating the Chiefs - don’t invest too much emotionally into this - there is no escape, no means by which you can prove victorious. It’s better to accept your fate than resist it.

Any thoughts on the young backup QB? That’s one of the things that is so impressive about the Packers- ability to draft, develop HOF QBs. Starr, Favre, Rodgers. Incredible
Well, he has the basics and the potential but there is a big graveyard for those guys. Rogers has four years left on his contract I believe so, unless he jacks it in, there is time to develop. Hopefully.

Fancy the Chargers to be decent next year. Lost a lot of close games and really rate their QB.
Honestly I don't know what to think of Herbert. He has been a lot better than I thought he would be coming out of college.

But for some reason I think he has a whiff of Jameis Winston about him. Teams will be more ready for him next year and him throwing the bombs downfield.

Deshaun Watson has requested a trade.. come on Jets let's get this done.. Number 2 pick number, and next year's 2 first round picks, and Darnold if the Texans want him might get them a 2nd round pick.

I can see this happening to be fair, they certainly have the bargaining weight with those 3 first rounders. Shees.....a top five QB, 25 years old available....thats nuts, never happens!

Any team that gets him (who doesn't already have an elite QB) automatically becomes a contender.

Yea it's crazy.. jets have 4 first round picks in the next 2 years I'd be cautious about giving up all 4, if possible they should keep the 23rd pick this year and get a WR , O-line, or a TE give Watson help straight away. Have a tonne of cap space too so can address needs in free agency.. Richard Sherman will likely come in as a free agent too help out the Defence.

Here's what the Jets have to offer......wow!

No. 2 overall pick

No. 23 overall pick (via Seahawks)

No. 34 overall pick

2022 first-round pick

2022 first-round pick (via Seahawks)

2022 second-round pick

Plus Darnold.

However the player doesn't really matter,. Houston does not have a pick in this years draft until the 3rd round....#67 I think. If they ended up with the #2 pick they would quite possibly take the Ohio State QB.....Justin Fields.

Other factors.....Watson wanted the Texans to interview the 49ers defensive coordinator Saleh for the HC position in Houston. Guess where he is now?

Jets are DEFINITELY in the best position to do a trade. No question.

Dolphins have essentially the same set of assets. My guess is #2, #23, #34 plus a conditional first next year where the Texans get the better of the picks and Darnold with a conditional pick based on how much Darnold plays for them would get it done. But the Dolphins can make the same trade (#3, 18 and 35 instead) but with Tua as the QB instead. My guess is one of those two should get it done.

Edit: This is the last year the Dolphins have an extra first meaning they can only give up their own first next year. Which is still not much different of a trade. But the Jets could give up the extra first too putting them over the top.

Its going to be intriguing watching this. And seeing where he ends up. Like i said before....if he ends up going to someone like the Bears, Colts or 49ers......good defenses, decent WR's and RB's and solid offensive lines.....they automatically become deep play-off/possible SB worthy teams.

If he goes to somewhere like the Jets, Dolphins, Carolina - massive injection of talent immediately and definitely wild card/play-off caliber teams.

I believe I read somewhere that the tax situation is part of the calculus for Watson. If that’s true, the Dolphins may be more desirable for him
