First sign of trouble and he will be throwing his toys out of the pram.

Next season is going to be superb to watch.
I think it’s more a sign of the level of power players have in general across all sports that these kinds of public pantomimes go on unchecked

Wasn't it checked though? He didn't get what he wanted. The Packers had to give him a little bit but he's still on the team.

Not really. As far as I see it, and I may be wrong, but didn’t he basically void his contract after next season in exchange for one season at Green Bay. He knows he’s on an ultra competitive team so I’m sure he’s not feeling as offended as he would like us to think he is.

I won’t be posting on this thread very often I can assure you of that
Good. You didn’t invent it so you can’t know anything about it or have an opinion. Actually on that note, what kind of computer or phone do you use to post on here? If it’s a Microsoft, Apple, or google product, please don’t ever post again. American companies created them so you clearly can’t know anything about them. Wait. The American defense department essentially created the internet. Please log off as you can’t possibly know how to use it properly.

Bill's new stadium

Yea that'll be interesting for me to follow.

Just last week someone leaked that they were seeking a fully public funded stadium. Which came as a shock as the shitheads, I mean the pegulas who own the team like to throw around their wealth and how they could just "drill another well" if they needed money for the hockey team. They carried this sentiment with the football team as well. Definitely allowed the feeling to build that they would pay for their own stadium when they needed one.

Then that came out and they threatened moving the team to Austin. A soft threat, but still one I can tell you no one appreciated around here as we just spent the last 20 years worrying that when the previous owner died the highest bidder would come in and take the team to a bigger market.

Even in this bastion of American political conservatism the appetite for building billionaires stadium with public funds doesn't exist. Thankfully. They'll get money in the end though.

What's also interesting about it, is almost none of the fanbase wants a new stadium. They're happy with the location, the stadium doesn't have a bad seat in the house. The sight lines are amazing.

It'd all just because it doesn't have enough luxury boxes and corporate seats. No restaurants or shops really. It's really just good at serving its purpose, seeing football games.

Don't get me wrong it's dated, the bathrooms suck. It has its faults but we deal with them. The whole thing is just the NFL applying pressure and bullying one of the franchises that is one of the smallest revenue generators in one of the smallest markets and economically depressed ones.

These luxury seats and corporate boxes aren't just gonna sell out year in and year out great.

We have 1 fortune 500 company between rochester and Buffalo and that's m and t bank. We get on fine but the big money just sadly doesn't exist here anymore. All our big companies have gone by the wayside over the last 50 years.
