If anyone needs some booing practice before going to goodison they should watch the NFL draft, chicago seems to have to down

Jags are doing smart things.

Thereby proving that anything is possible... (past performance is no guarantee of future results)

There wasn't much doubt where the needs were, and they're filling those needs as well as can be expected.

Yannick was buried on a crappy team. Great pick at that spot. If the defense can catch up to the offensive side, this could be very different. If not, everybody gets fired.

Passing on Mack in the 2nd and then taking Cody Kessler in the 3rd. Luv u Browns.

I love it when pundits don't kill good teams for taking awful picks. Brissett is not a good pick. Especially with Cook available and when you also have Grappalo already as your No.2.

I'm a Bucs fan and if you had seen our crap place kicking the last 3 years, that pick would almost make sense.

there are so many good ones past the 5th round and almost FA today can hit at an 80-90% clip that you could easily bring in 2-3 for a tryout.

We have no QB3, picking up a kid is cheaper than picking up a flaky backup like Flynn. Brissett's tape doesn't look terrible, he just has to back up Jimmy G for the first four*

Don't get me wrong, I like Dak Prescott more and he may have been a better pick, Keenan Reynolds too, you can get them much later as well.

Cook's leadership issues are a huge red flag. Yes, he said it they had better leaders but we all know scouts/GMs/Coaches thinks the majority of QBs have to be leaders. There were issues with Mariota being quiet but his talent outweighed that.

*Should Brady's suspension stay which looks very likely.

The Brissett pick is indefensible that high especially when you don't have a 1st round pick and Mayo retiring. You didn't really need another QB unless behind the scenes Garapolo is NFL Niasse. If this is cover for Brady being gone for 4 games then take someone who is somewhat NFL ready (Cook) or bring in a vet (Cassel, EJ Manuel, Davis, Clipboard Jesus etc). And if you want a long term project then take Cardale Jones.

Your Jags have taken my Hog QB.

Let's pray it goes better than the last time that happened.
