I have no doubt he’ll get his chance, especially over the really hectic schedule we’re working though.

I personally thought he should’ve been starting once Digne picked up his injury but I was very wrong, Carlo has made the right call playing Godfrey there. Godfrey’s form will make it harder for Nkounkou to force his way inside the side but if he keeps working he will get chances.
 

I think (easy with hindsight) that it was right to play Godfrey LB for the games where we were expected to be under pressure - but against Sheffield United he can be a valuable attacking outlet. Must start!
 
I think it's for the best to release him on a free and let him find a club more suited to his level. Conference or something.

Bit harsh that mate, he’s at least League 2 standard, and apparently Gary Neville rates him so Salford have put in a bid for £500k. You’d have to say that’d be a fine bit of business by Brands , doubling our money in 6 months.
