If Brands and Silva see a pathway for him into the first team and believe his talent is worth it then I’m sure they won’t just let him slip away. If they don’t rate him though then a few good moments in the CL or international als won’t change that. After the success of the summer window I trust Dilva and Brands to get it right with Vlasic one way or another.

I don't think him being asked to train away means he has a bad attitude. Martina was one of that group and everyone has always said limited player great attitude. I think he was probably asked to train separately because a decision to loan him out had been reached. This meant there was no real benefit for him to train with the main group as at that point it was already over inflated with players. I would like him to get the first half if next season to see what he can do in this league. However if someone comes in with a decent offer I would sell with both buy back and sell on clauses inserted as I have feeling he is a good player.

According to what I’ve heard, Marco took exception to his loan request. Vlasic supposedly was shocked that Marco reacted that way. It may just be mind games from Marco (I rate you! how dare you request a loan!), but I’d wager something happened.
