......disagree that we sat back. We dominated. The concern is that we dsidn't create and that is where £20m players make the difference.

I guess we'll agree to disagree. What I saw was a good start to the second half that was demoralising them and their fans nicely and then around the hour mark a switch was flicked and we sat back and let them **** gash ball after gash ball at their grocks. It was going to come off eventually. You cannot do that for 35 mins.

I think a bit of it was down to tiredness, sure. Our lads are running on empty, you'd have to be blind not to see it. They seem come off limping every week, they're out of form and often visibly frustrated. January cost us. But today, I think we could have been more pro-active and at least made holding on a little more comfortable by keeping better possession and carrying a small threat. Instead we let them concentrate solely on finding that equaliser and let them back in. Happened at Reading as well.

Telling a striker to work the left wing then taking said striker off for a winger in the 70th odd minute will just about do it

When he said we were 'one nil up and in control' - that's just not true. He let them get back into it as we drifted off the pace.

What he did in the end was neither fish nor fowl: he didn't throw Mirallas on to join Jelavic (Naismith should have made way - not a shocking performance for him today but Coleman was carrying the right flank on his own anyway), and neither did he bolster the defence to counter the grock attack of Norwich once Houlihan was replaced.

He's pretty hopeless as an 'in-game' manager, tbf.

Exactly. Naismith never worked the wing allowing Coleman to bomb, so losing him as an attacking threat is sensible. Not to say Naismith was poor (he was serviceable) but he offered little going forward. Mirallas would've added to what we had.

We did control the game until the 70th. They didn't have any clear chances and just hoofed and lost the ball. All that happened is they made attacking changes while we did nothing when we dominated.

Hes never gone in and killed a game. Never. Today, we pinned them in their half in that 2nd half and they couldn't get out. The change shouldve been made then when they were weak. He didn't. He changed when they got belief and score soon after.

That has nothing to do with finances, squad etc, that has everything to do with a mentality.

I'm not crying for Vellios or Barkley to come on and get involved to argue that they're ready of not... But they would offer an attacking threat to kill a game.

He's never used his squad when it's needed either.

thought it was strange he didn't start mirallas seeing as coleman was fit. although kev hasnt been like he was pre xmas, he's twice the threat with coleman on the right

I don't care who we put out next aslong as there is some youth and excitement in the team. Drop Pienaar who has been woeful since Christmas (mind you a few players land in that category) play Vellios he has got to be a BETTER option than Jelavic who offers nothing.

Seems like Moyes' contract issues may actually be affecting the team and why not, I suppose. I wish he would stop ****ing about and come out and say whether or not he will stay. Surely he knows in the back of his mind whether he will be here next season or not.

I made two bets.

United, Everton, Arsenal, West Brom to win
Everton, Chelsea, Fulham to win

The former would have already netted me £90, and if Chelsea had won tomorrow that would have gotten me another £140.

Koff Everton. Just Koff.
