If you call our football mediocre then you have little comprehension of the game.

Our attacking play is Champions League and our defensive play is Sunday league.

So in a manner of speaking, on average, we're kind of mediocre. Us being 9th (probably 10th after the RS play) would give credence to that.

It's a shame as our attacking play is superb. It's like being the world's finest chef in the world's slippiest restaurant. We keep cooking up exquisite meals and before anyone gets a taste, we trip and land face-first into our Blanquette de Veau.

Beautifully put. Our defending from corners is almost laughable, and keeps undoing all the good sexy work we're doing on the other end of the pitch. That said, it should've been all over by half time.

The frustrating thing is that we could (and should) have won the last 3 games. With the league the way it is at the moment and all the top teams dropping points, it probably won't take a huge points haul to get 4th.
I know other clubs will be saying the same thing, but it really is there for the taking, if we can just turn those frustrating draws into wins.

A good start would be having a keeper who will come out and collect the ball from free kicks and corners.

If we'd taken 9 points from the last 3 games (which we should have) we'd be in fourth place now.

Our attacking play is, but unfotunately our finishing isnt at the moment. I think we had 15 shots yesterday with 3 on target. i have noticed similar stats in recent games.
