Yes it's entirely possible to agree a % of the entire sale, though less frequent as they're harder to negotiate

To be fair, I think this means that they've already got an incredible squad, just bought a couple more great players and are gonna give De Bruyne and Lukaku a crack next season but if someone world class becomes available then why not have a crack?

For some reason I just don't believe that they'll sell him to an English club. If I were them, I'd rather let him sulk and run out his contract than play with any domestic competitors.
