Old Everton Pictures

Go on allez, give us the lowdown with the text here mate;):)
The Blues from Liverpool will never forget the 15th May 1985. They entered European Trophy history by flattening Rapid Vienna. The highlight of the show: their organisation.

A couple of words not done literally so it flows better!!!
I think I have got that picture somewhere. It was in a magazine called France Football iirc?

Tricky,s goal against Sunderland was superb, the one against Bayern at Goodison was too, but the Tottenham winner in 1985 after him reading what the defender intended was sheer brilliance...

One of my best ever moments watching Everton. I am in the Spurs stand in the back of the photo. Quite a lot of Blues in there to be fair but not as many as the away end!!!!

Went to both West Ham S/F games at Villa Park and Elland Road , IMO the Brian Kidd sending turned this Semi Final against us .

Major dissapointment for me after going to all the Fa Cup games that season all home games , the draw was kind to us up until Q/F drawn against a great Ipswich side who thumped us at home in the league , beat them 2-1 in the Q/F , West ham were 2nd Division with Brooking , Devonshire etc they had a allround skilfull and solid side but I was convinced this was our season to go all the way to Wembley !

I reckon he ran out the ground and is still windmilling somewhere in Britain Dario

I remember he was named in the fanzine when skies are grey a few years back, still goes to the games or did do they said:)

I met up with him and interviewed him for The Black Watch fanzine at the end of last year. He still goes to the game, he's had a season-ticket since the 60s, but is very modest about Anfield '84. Says that over the years loads of people have claimed to be him, he'd kept loads of press clippings/fanzine articles about it from over the years! Lovely fella and a proper Everton legend.

Magnificent goal. What composure he had.
Andy Grays right foot half volley for the first wasn’t too bad either. Neither was Nevs savefrom Falco at the death.
Pivotal result in winning the league. It was us or Spurs
Got absolutely wellied afterwards in London
We went up to Wednesday the following Saturday and played poorly but Nev was brilliant again and we sneaked a 1-0 win
