...brilliant picture, Joey, looks like they were constructing the changing rooms. Alan Ball and Ray Wilson are both in the shot, perhaps Bobby Moore, Gordon Banks and Nobby Stiles also visible. Bit of a challenge naming them all.

11 October 1967 Alex Young grabs a second against Sunderland but the Blues fall to a 2-3 defeat in the League cup - 2-0 up by half time - Bally and the GV ripped them apart - Bally missed his first pen I think before half time as a young lad the adoration for the aging GV from the Gladwys st will always stay in my mind - banners with his name on etc - doh we got beat - a game of two halves.........
