....the contract lists Youth Cup bonus, so I can’t see how it wouldn’t be a player who was eligible to play.

The info I got with this is that it was Peter Reid's first professional contract.
I am now doubting that as it mentions 'shirt advertising' which surely wouldn't have been around when he signed pro at Bolton in 1974?
