I would have thought it was a bit earlier from the gear they are wearing - that looks like Harry Catterick 3rd from left and he played for Everton from 1946 to 1951 and next to him on the right is surely Dave Hickson (first period with us was 1948 to 1955). That would make it some time between 1948 and 1951!!
