Cracker player Morrisey , me and my mate joey A used to mind his car for him off walton road imagine a modern player parking away from the ground,......if I remember right we had a few injuries that day and played a few inexperienced lads. Morrisey can't have been with us for long. Your post of the 68 team made me look at the 1970 appearances and I note Morrisey getting 9 goals that season, very underrated.
What would I give to be on that terrace even once!!! Had season ticket in stand above it from 1967-68 season and got to Wembly in first year !!!! Roughly on line with penalty area at Park End. Great speck.
