Old Everton Pictures

I was sat next to him for the wimbledon game had totally lost the plot at half time, he calmed me down and said we will win this lad( my mum was there with me and jaycee off here and i was going to punch some BBC commentator, he said i am trying to do a job here and all i can hear is you swearing and shouting, my mum said to him , turn around and don't say another word or he will murder you the mood he is in, Bill Dean then put his arm around me and moved me away, then said those words, we will win this lad honestly trust me on this.must have been the only fella in the ground who thought that at the time.
ps @jaycee how come we were in the main stand for that game, we had season tickets for the St end?

puzzled me for ages that Jaycee, only thing i can think off is my mother was an agent for Everton on those scratch of cards things, they used to get free tickets now and again, maybe we took those seats because of that and let somebody take ares so they could get in, they were decent seats right behind the directors box but saying that so were the ones we had in the upper St end.

I was In there as well that day in the posh seats with the 300 club sitting there with tears rolling down my cheeks at 0-2 I thought we were a gonner.
People say football is a funny old game but there was nothing funny about that day.
