Old Everton Pictures

Bogey Grounds now, Anfield, Craven Cottage, Elland Roan, The Emirates ? Any others?
All top flight London grounds. Except for maybe West Ham and Watford.
We have struggled away to Bournemouth also in recent years.
We have struggled away to most teams in recent years. Remember an awful.defeat to Southampton under Martinez....Don't think we do well there.

But I have a feeling , all being well, and with our main players staying fit , that we might just bury a few of those bogey grounds.
Anfield is top of my list. Let's really bury that curse. Let's turn up for starters.
Isn't it all just about a frame of mind. Top players should be able to play anywhere............No more bogey teams for us. Hopefully.
Ps.........always a hopefully with Everton....

You're right about S'ton - got some poor results there over the years. Bloody awful place to get to in the 60's and 70's. Used to have a multi storey car park as their centre forward - bloke called Ron Davis. Think he ended up at United when their '68 team started falling apart.

Hey who was the one who posted a photo when he was young with a full head of hair in a team photo...also praised him as a coach in the 1980's a true blue our Terry, not our fault he resembled Max Wall in his latter years as a player - only joking a good steady right back for us ...... ;)
