Pity Sandy's didn't go that side of the post...but then we would be minus a Classic.
Fair swap in the end, we won there AND won the League.
Shankly bamboozled Harry that day playing winger peter Thompson in what is now called the 'false No. 9' and bobby graham out wide...nobody knew who was marking who...well on the blue side anyway...hence Sandy coming in to cover the middle from LB...and the rest is history as is said.

....I have a vague recollection of Bobby Graham getting a bad injury at Goodison in that game but it might've been the season after.

Edit - just looked it up, Graham broke his leg around that time v Chelsea at Anfield. My memory is going with the mists of time!!
