...spot on Joey, great technique when the ball was played into him. I mentioned him on another thread some months ago and a poster said Eastoe is now a 'jobber' in the Midlands. I hope he reads this site because he was a very good footballer.
he had one brilliant goalscoring season , but a very very clever forward in his day a class act imo!

The 6 weeks everything went wrong....out QF of league cup to Leeds, out 4th round of FA cup to Boro, struggled in league including defeat here at Wolves if it is the game I think it is, early Feb(?) 1979. Good team but brittle.
