I suppose lots of us did. I went once in primary school and twice for geography field trips from secondary school.…..anybody go to Colomendy as a kid? For those that don’t know, Colomendy was a camp in N Wales frequented by Merseyside school kids. I went once, for pre-season training with Liverpool Schoolboys when we twice had to run up and down the nearby Mau Famau (a mountain you can see from many parts of the city);

The primary trip was my first time away without my family. Had a great time, although the food was grim.
Be interested to know where that was taken from , there what looks like a church in the background possibly suggesting it’s taken looking up Blue Bell lane towards the church at the top of Blue Bell Lane. But that doesn’t look right because if that’s the case the pub would be on the right.
