Barring a centre half, I think they have recruited well to be honest mate and definitely see them as favourites for the title. Although mendy and silva are young they are top class players.

He's very good in my opinion.

I'd be happy with Benteke, not that I think we've got the money to afford him on top of Siggy (assuming it gets done). I'd be made up if we went for Dembele though. He's a risk but his technique and finishing looks quality. I think he'd be a great signing.

There must be other strikers abroad that would offer better value for money though.

That is why you pay the premium for players who are proven in the premier league. Look at the likes of shevchenco, di Maria, veron all world class players who couldn't cut it in the premier league. But of course you can temper that with their are countless other players, who didn't come here with the same reputations or price tags (Kompany, VVD, Coutinho etc) but have been excellent players in the league.
