Was listening to a south african law expert on the tv before and he said under south african law the benefit of the doubt goes to the defendant, so if theres the slightest doubt he has to get aquitted, and he reckons so far in his opinion there hasnt been enough to convict him without doubt so he at least wont get the main charge.
....doesn't appear to be much doubt for me, all the witness statements support the Prosecution case as does the photographic evidence.
