Nel has just summed up his questioning and put his account of the evening to Oscar; that they ate together much later in the evening than he (Oscar) told the court, that the two witnesses who heard screaming heard an argument during dinner, and then Reeva screaming as she tried to escape Oscar, who then hid in the toilet locking herself in before Oscar armed himself and approached her with the intention to kill. His story seems far too unbelievable for it to be true...the amount of condemning stuff that the prosecution is putting forward is just too much

If I was being critical of the Prosecutor, he was nitpicking a lot to try to show he was lying, he'd ask him to explain something, then ask him again the next day and if he left a little detail out he'd jump on it.

You could be 100% telling the truth, but if you are asked enough times you will leave something out of your version, that's what was happening alot of the time if you ask me, OP should have stuck up for himself a bit more.

I think he's guilty though, he flipped his lid and she tried to escape him by locking herself in the bathroom, the fact he shot 4 times into a closed door, even if it was an intruder, is reckless to the extreme if you ask me anyway.

Was listening to a south african law expert on the tv before and he said under south african law the benefit of the doubt goes to the defendant, so if theres the slightest doubt he has to get aquitted, and he reckons so far in his opinion there hasnt been enough to convict him without doubt so he at least wont get the main charge.
