All the south African legal experts they've had on tv and stuff are saying this is the verdict they expected and is the correct verdict.

I suspect they know more about the case than people on the internet in Britain

All the South African legal experts on this forum and twitter are up in arms about it.

Im not sure who to trust more hmmmm....

Judging by the reaction yesterday and today and all the commentary I've seen on it I don't think that's right like.

Defo the ones on RAWK like.
For mine it was the right decision, there wasn't enough evidence to prove he murdered her and planned it e.t.c but he killed her and will go away for it

The legal experts on RAWK expertise mainly in South American linguistics but have a blind spot to Belgian law.

But you're spot on in what you're saying and on reading the judges comments she has explained clearly the process in coming to her decision.

He still meant to blow her away whether he's charged or not. Get back on your fence.

Regardless of what we think, is it reasonable to assume that the man on the Cape Town omnibus might consider the court has been lenient in reaching its decisions?

Blow who away? It was agreed that he thought it was an intruder.

When I come off my fence and deliver telling truths such as this all the lil bed wetting bishes crumble before me.

Y'all want to encourage me to stay on the fence lest in make more look silly.

Look the way the legal system works is that you are innocent until proven guilty. And no matter what you or I think, the actual legal system has decided there isn't enough evidence to prove he was guilty of premeditated murder. He has however been put away for killing her so he isn't exactly gotten away with it
