I do not believe the burglar story one bit. Have you seen photos of where he lives? It's super high security and he was locked up in his own house in his own bed.

Is it not a bit extreme to shoot a would-be burglar four times, including in the head, if you're startled by them? Did she have a gun-shaped present and was waving it at him which made him think he had no other option but to shoot and kill? Was it pitch black and she didn't say a word and was therefore mistaken for a burglar? He was very accurate with his shooting, surely somebody in a panic wouldn't be able to shoot and kill like that. Why would she want to wake him at 4am for a Valentine's surprise? That just makes no sense whatsoever, was she a bit mad? What sort of surprise involves waking up your boyfriend in the pitch black and not saying a word? Unless that was the case I don't see why he'd have shot out four times to kill.

All in all, I say send him to prison for fifty years. Dirty man.

You took this position on the day of the incident without knowing any of the facts and as such you are invested in one side.

I hope you now will take a more pragmatic approach to such things from this point onwards.

The judges ruling was transparent and fully explained. There was nothing to suggest that he thought his girlfriend was in the bathroom and purposefully shot at her.

I think you may just have prejudices towards rich people humping pretty girls and people with disabilities.

People on this forum seem to confuse 'not legally guilty of murder' with 'completely in the right and defo a great guy'.

I can believe that Pistorius and Zimmerman are both legally innocent of murder. But they're both defo complete dickheads who will burn in hell for eternity if the bible is real.

I still 100% believe he knew she was in the bathroom and thus is guilty of murder, Cheeks!

Judge is using a previous case as reasoning to allow him to go on bail. "Exceptional circumstances" lol He's being bailed.

Blaiming "public outrage" on the prosecution not putting a strong enough case before him. Shifting the blame a bit there.

Here's hoping the prosecution can now put together a strong case for pre-meditated murder and get him sent down when his trial commences.
