No mate, he's a culpable homiciding, angry nutcase who's only got away with it because the cops botched up the evidence.

I've had that opinion from day one and haven't wavered, no facts have came out to change that.

If I was going to be judgmental I'd question why she was in the bathroom and not the kitchen making a sandwich.

..yes, and many are perplexed by her reasonings.
But you are quite right to offer (professionals) defence to her judgement. I guess I am letting emotion getting the better of me because I know in my heart, that anyone who shoots 4 max impact bullets into a 1 sq m space (the toilet room-not a bathroom)she was in, intended to kill that room's occupant.

And I call that murder.
