She followed the legal precendents, giving logical reasoning behind her decisions. And many of the legal experts on tv agree with how she went about it

Many of the experts are also saying that she completely contradicted herself in parts of the summation.

don't know yet but first time offender so likely he will. That tit Nel made a hash of getting it denied as he was saying he sold his 3 properties and could bail South Africa.

They've not came back out yet, read somewhere that he may escape jail as it's a first offence, absolute madness.

Verdict was undoubtably the only decision the judge could have reached, regarding the evidence. Everyone in their heart of hearts knows he flipped and fired into that bathroom.

But the proof of premeditation simply was,nt there, as was so eloquently stated by an earlier poster, this verdict limits the defence avenues on appeal.

He needs to serve at least 5years on his ar5e for me to see justice tho.
