Because the whole football system is designed out of fear of the top clubs leaving for the ESL.

FFP is designed to keep the applecart as it is.

Why I dont get the fume from our fans over signings or what not - we simply cannot compete because we are not allowed to compete.

Because it’s not FFP holding us back it’s Profit and Loss, our expenditure is far greater than what we bring in, hence why we have to report to the PL in order to get deals done and avoid sanctions
