I agree, and I have a lot of respect for them for doing this. They were relegation fodder if they didn't try and do something. I am not saying it will work, but they have given themselves a chance. And as they are now 1-0 to a good West Ham side at H/T it looks like they have given themselves a proper chance at survival.

Yes but on the flip side if they have not protected themselves then the future of the club is at risk

To a certain extent but they can always just sell players, even at a 50% discount it is a lot of money to bring in and they have 2 yrs para payments guaranteed too. They will earn about 150m this year and they are spending it all this year. The risk is minimal, they are just not saving any for the future.
 
Sickening how Wolves relationship with Mendes isn't pulled up by the authorities when owners aren't even allowed to pump their own dough in or sponser their clubs.
 

I'm fuming, £38m for Nunes is a bloody steal.

He'd of been a Quality signing for us, not just us, any top team really.

Honestly is there a more deluded fan base out there? Why do they keep up this fallacy that they’re a massive club? I mean, all THREE of those clubs mentioned there are bigger clubs with a far richer history. I’m sorry but if you’ve never won a league title in your entire existence then you can’t claim to be a “huge” club. It’s bizarre.
