Complete and utter shower of ***** at the Hawthorns last night, 2 players to come on loan, had medicals late afternoon but still didn't submit the paper work in time!. Still no sign of a striker but sold our second top scorer Callum Robinson for a couple of million which will obviously disappear in our Chairman's back pocket. You can see why I have to rely on Everton for 'extra marital affairs', your board like a walk in the park compared to our lot.
RANT OVER.
Don't worry Sue - there's always a Brucie bonus lol

Interesting that its been announced which team has been fined for ffp breaches and the clubs that are being monitored closely and we are not mentioned at all.

Or is this just for clubs playing in Europe comps?

Correct, UEFA's rules only apply to teams in Europe. The Prem has profit and sustainability rules, which are different. They are reasonably consistent, but UEFA is going to a much more stripped down model that is functionally a salary cap, where clubs may only spend a percentage of their revenue (90% next season, declining by 10% per season to a final number of 70%) on wages, transfers and agent fees (with transfers accounted for via amortization). This is alongside a loss cap of 20 million euros, with UEFA having the ability to tack another ten million loss on at its discretion.

What UEFA has said is that they will hand out fines to rule-breakers, larger fines for larger violations and potentially things like reduced squad sizes, de facto transfer bans or even points deductions for serial rule-breakers. A real cynic would say that this is simply a way for UEFA to add in a luxury tax and shake down clubs for their own gain. The devil will be in the details with respect to whether or not UEFA ever decides to slap, say, PSG with a meaningful sanction.
