Oxide toblerone for £40 million with one year left is amazing. That values him at about £60. When did he play well enough to get that value?
Scored 9 in 132 for Arsenal and maxed out at 2 in his best seasons. Even if you combine assists and goals he's never hit double figures

Which why he is apparently a center mid now. Because he was appalling as a winger. Arsenal have shined you know what here

How? He has the potential to be a great player but even in his most comfortable role (deep lying who likes to break) their team is still poor.

Personally, regardless of all his talents I think he'll find the Premier League difficult at first as the 'physicality' of the Bundesliga got to him.

He's a cracking player and I reckon that Bundesliga experience has prepared him for this season

He'll be really good for them and will ensure their midfield is strong enough to stay up

It's cracking business on their part

In all honesty, the reason he's coming to Swansea is because at Bayern he did not play regularly. From October onwards he was often a sub.

Don't get me wrong, it's a coup on their behalf and he is a good player but I think you're overstating the influence he will probably have early on.

He is, in my humble opinion, not the finished article yet and playing in a physical league for a lacklustre team will be a steep learning curve.
