Not exactly £5 mn as being depicted here is it. It was 'allegedly' £5mn up front and the rest to follow.
Also, none of us know what Berahino has been offered or told by WBA in the past.

People talking as if we were only offering a straight £5mn for the fella. You can't even get a Lennon for that money ;-)

It sounds like WBA would have sold if it was 22M upfront but supposedly the way it was strucutred they would have never seen close to that. What good are installments going to do for WBA?

You's should've tried these sort of offers for Lamela, Paulinho and Soldado

Yedlin is off to Sunderland on a season long loan,

if he's anything like he was at the World cup, their right side is going to have tremendous pace but dodgy defending....he should fit right in.

DeAndre's most excellent European tour begins! How did I not see this coming. Luckily there are clubs like TFC out there that will be willing to pay 5M/year for him in a couple years.

All clubs pay on installments and extras.
Of course everyone us assuming that the Tweet was accurate. Which I doubt.

Arsenal can not be happy with their transfer activity. Still lacking in several key departments, namely centre defence, centre midfield, and attack.

Four Cb's is enough in all honesty, Chambers started last season brilliantly, it's confidence with him. Gabriel is a good defender.

As far as attack is concerned, we will start scoring again and Giroud,Walcott,Welbeck,Sanchez and Campbell(yep,he's still here) is plenty for where we will most likely end up.

CM is a bigger worry, Coquelin does the job of 3 players most games hence picking up cards and probably won't last a season. Arteta's body will not give you a full season. Flamini is a utility player at best, we needed one more and chose not to buy one. We are choosing not to challenge higher than 3/4th in the league.

On the plus side, bar that early wobble we have a serious goalie, the first since Lehman and Ospina is probably better than all bar possibly 3 teams first choice.
5.5/10 window, the half score is for Jeff Reine-Adelaide 17yr old future star.
