Yeah his championship record and youth pedigree are enough to justify this. It isn't in the same class as Ibe and Solanke who Kopite Eddie bought despite there being evidence that they weren't PL level.

I think LoCelso was originally on a big one year loan fee with a buy option but the reason was to help the selling club to get around paying a % of profit back to the team they themselves had bought LoCelso from.
There is also Gedson but I think he will be going back to Benfica at the end of the season?

Gedson has a buy option but it is something ridiculous like £50mn.
