Owner is one of those Shieks...with no money. Wants to sell, doesn't want to spend, owes money for previous transfers that any fees have gone towards. Training ground falling to bits too. Players are looking to go.

What the people who say "record over trophies" completely miss is that....he's 47 goals behind Shearer. Means he'll have to stay 2 more seasons in the league to top it.

Then if you look at the top 10 record premier league goalscorers. Every single one has won a trophy. Kane will be the odd one out.

If Haaland stays at City for 8 years and keeps a 30 goal ratio, he's beat him.

if that happened, Kane would be seen as a great goalscorer. Not a great player IMO.

But do you honestly see Haaland staying at City long term? I don't. It wouldn't surprise me if City let Haaland go to Madrid next season ( imagine him and Mbappe) and replaced him with Kane on a free . That way Kane gets to break his precious record and win every domestic trophy. It also allows Mrs K to bring up the new kid in this country ( if that's important to them ?)
