last summer nolito said he'd only ever leave celta for barcelona ... he's now at man city.

Manure have José and spending freely. Citeh have Pep and will spend freely. Chelsea have Conte and will spend but not on par with the other two.

Arsenal are Arsenal. Then there's the likes of West Ham happy to spend and Leicester will have some cash, before Stoke etc.

While there will be lots of money spent on some good players, I'm confident that it will be difficult to get the really talented players.

Mate have you missed the fact that last season City and United spent a ridciulous sum anyway and it didn't matter, both with new managers they would have been spending a shed load this summer anyway regardless of who won the title last season
